To inspire women who are ready to leave the traditional path to step into their power, to own their gifts and change the world. To help women who think that being different is a bad thing, to reclaim all of who you are, heal, transform and own their brilliance so they can play big in life, love + business. To create spaces where where gifted, non traditional, non conforming women can have self love, self trust, see the value of their brilliance, honor their own timing and learn to be peacefully bold while they build the big vision for their life and create their reality at will with clarity, confidence, inner peace, ease + flow. To get women to step off the traditional path and blaze their own trail.

My name is my title,

Play Big Queen is also the name of my podcast.
I am a Business + Embodiment Mentor for women, Neurodiversity Advocate, Hostess of the Play Big Queen Podcast and the CEO + Creatrix of KATE BVILEY.
I use my experience, expertise and intuition, and get you to use YOUR intuition, to transform the way you see yourself and what you think you are capable of being, doing and having in your life because from there - everything changes.
I have done it all in my search for true happiness - from working corporate and casting talent for MTV to serving in the New York City Fire Department.
I also went to SIX different colleges before discovering that I have a learning disability that I never received help for. It made me shrink, play small, and think that there was something wrong with me and how I work.
At one point in my journey, I had a thought - 'it is possible that I am brilliant, and that there is more for me in life than this.' I had a desire for a bigger, happier, more abundant life. And that desire demanded to be acknowledged.
The stage of my Play Big Journey that was the catalyst for my success in actualizing my desires was the EMBODIMENT stage. This is where I changed from having a small self concept and being in my small self, to owning my brilliance and fully expanding into my magic. At this time in my journey, I was deep into exploring erotic dance, my sensuality and my power as a woman.
I created KATE BVILEY, a company with courses, intensives, hi-level coaching, community and podcast to guide women to break through the smallness, the good girl conditioning to play a bigger game in life, love, and business, and to serve women on their transformational journey.
Now I meet women who are driven and different, at that point of possibility. I show you how to value you own unique way, honor your own timing, and how to have the confidence to be brilliant, embody your sensual, turned-on, Play Big Queen self and how to have the self-mastery to create a life you are madly in love with.
THE NAME
KATE BVILEY
Kate Bailey is a fairly common name for this incredibly uncommon Play Big Queen. When daydreaming of how to distinguish this particular brand of big, bold creations I saw an actual bird glide above my head. I was enamored with the creature and how free it was as it worked away, flapping its wings in an upward stroke and then a downward stroke. The bird circled over head as if it were an angel or ancestor guiding me to create. My intuitive nudges had me focused so intently on, and mesmerized by, the shapes made from the bird flapping its wings up, and the bird flapping its wings down. Up V then down ^ . I turned the A in my last name Bailey upside-down as an act of rebellion and because my difference makes me feel a little upside-down myself some days. When I removed the bars from both the As in my name, I had again, felt the wave of the feeling of freedom that I had when I was nudged by the bird to fly.
