Module 1 - Mindset

The first module examines the importance of mindset, and how our ‘thoughts become things’. We will acknowledge how changing our mindset can change our life. We’ll be taking a look at your mindset inventory and working out which characteristics apply to your mindset as it is right now as well as looking at how to play the long game in life. We will also look at how to own your limiting stories. 

This module aims to start unpacking what is currently holding you back in life, and how to tweak your mindset to get further, faster!

Module 2 - Authenticity

In this module we will look at what authenticity means, and how important it is to be ourselves: step out of your comfort zone. You will assess your 10 core values, and decide which are most important to you. You’ll work on discovering your authentic self, and taking responsibility for who you are - and for who you are not. 

This module aims to begin working out who you are as a person when you show up in true authenticity.

Module 3 - Confidence

This module looks at confidence in a consumer-driven society, and how we sometimes feel the need to be perfect in order to be confident. We also explore the concept of insecurity, and where that comes from, and our inner critic. We’ll look at how confidence is linked to trust, and overall this module aims to help you start building your confidence. You’ll examine your own relationship with confidence, what your inner critic says and how to BRAG!

This module gets you growing your confidence in ways you never before thought possible! 

 Module 4 - Desires

Check-in with yourself: what do you desire? This module is about getting clear on what you want, setting intentions, and discovering what you want to get out of Play Big 101 but also, the rest of your life. We’ll look at how to identify if you really want something because it is an authentic desire for you, or if you are desiring something because of past conditioning or a need to people-please. Learn how to be specific in what you want and make room for your desires. You’ll go on to examine your own desires, what they are, how and to access them.

This module will show you how work out what you want in life and how to make it happen. 

Module 5 - Purpose

This module examines ways in which purpose matters, and how to find it. It also looks at how we can be reactive and eager to please, and how this gets in the way of realizing our true purpose. We’ll look at trusting that our purpose will become clear. You’ll explore where you’re at in life right now, how satisfied you are and how balanced this is, as well as how to find YOUR purpose in life.

This module will get you tapping into your true purpose in life! 

Module 6 - Integration

Our final module is all about integrating everything you have learned into your life - transforming your life with all of this information and these tools. Show up, align yourself with your values, make moves and make magic. You’ll work through setting your intentions for integration, what do when you feel stuck, and how to celebrate these amazing changes in your life.

It’s difficult to do a key word search for mind expanding material when the language you use to seek answers still comes from the conditioning of a woman who never dared to desire big in action. There is a whole world of information out there. Information, which was withheld from women for centuries to keep us from becoming too powerful. In Play Big 101, we learn the kinds of things you were never taught in school. Information is sourced from revolutionary or unconventional authors. What you say to yourself matters. All the moments in between taking massive action, our brains are thinking thoughts that either put us into our power, or get us further away from the life we dream of creating. When we step outside of our comfort zone and go for something big in life, our brain freaks out and starts saying things to us that can be really quite terrible. It can hurl us into depression, taking us out of the game. If we pick disempowering affirmations that we can’t get behind, we wind up comparing ourselves to a vision we have, or a version of ourselves that we feel too far removed from. The art of writing affirmations is a skill that is developed over time. An affirmation has to be believable, promote self-approval, and encourage you to operate from your power. An effective affirmation is precise in its language and is a bridge from one reality, to the reality you desire to create. You can go completely at your own pace and you have access to the content for one year from date of purchase. Some people complete the program in 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 3 months, 6 months. It all depends on your own learning pace. 

Are there calls included?

No, but you will have access to email if you have any questions about the program or its content.

Is there a scholarship available?

Are there refunds? What if I change my mind.

Refunds are not issued because energy, time, money, marketing, operations and a host of other efforts go into bringing you into any Play Big Queen programs. How long do I have access to the program for?

You have access to Play Big 101 for one year! We want women who are ready to play big! Although you can learn the course material in 6 weeks or at your own pace, we do want you to be holding yourself accountable to doing the work in Play Big 101 so you can create a life you are madly in love with now.

Are my results guaranteed?

No. Just like a teacher cannot guarantee you that you will get an A if you take their class, I cannot guarantee that after taking this course you will be exactly as you envision for your life. And I urge you to be cautious of any coach that guarantees such results.
The reason is, coaching is a relationship where we both have to do our part and put in work. We both have responsibilities.

I can promise that I am going to give you everything that I've got in this foundational course to give you a strong foundation for massive transformation. You will have lessons, work, instructions and suggestions that when implemented will dramatically shift your mindset and transform your life ultimately for the better.

Is your work inclusive and safe for BIWOC or trans women?

I welcome BIWOC and trans women. But my identity and lived experience is as a white, cis, hetero woman with AuDHD and specific learning disabilities living in a neurodiverse and racially-blended family.

I have personal and professional experience interacting with diverse cultures and I strive to be culturally sensitive.
